why i cnt download from play store

im using q mobile A900i , from last month I cn't download anything from play store when I try to download anything just installing bar runs , but no app installed

what I do?

Welcome to Android Central!

Try going to your settings, applications, all apps, find the Play Store app and clear the data. That should reset it and may fix the issue.
