Why Can't I Get Out of the BootLoop?

[AC Question]

Recently my rooted LG G3 went into a boot loop after I only turned my phone off. I've looked up multiple ways to undo it but it does not work. I've installed drivers more than 10 times, got PC Suite, and the LG FlashTool. I put in the TOT and the other files, it get's to the point where port 1 says it's ready, but it won't recognize my LG G3. I unplug it like the tutorial says. Please help soon!
