why cant I hear my caller when talking, ear mic volume too low, what should I do? Huawei P8 lite.

please assist in fixing the ear volume problem. i can hardly hear the caller when speaking to them. phone also not ringing when I call them, i just hear them start talking.

When you're in a phone call, use the Volume Up button to turn the volume up. (When you're not in a phone call, it's the ringtone volume control.)
