Why can't I install Android Marshmallow on my HTC One M8?

Can't Install Android Marshamallow on HTC One M8

I've been trying to install Android Marshmallow onto my for a while now, and it seems to come up with a load of errors messages when it tries installing.

I've attached an image showing what it always shows, any help would be great thanks!
