Cannot make outgoing phone calls from my motog phone since software update today 25/03/2015

since software update today I cannot make phone calls from my phone,
have tried sim card in iphone and there is no problem
all other services and function seem to work ok

Try to clear the apps cache. Go to settings, storage and wait until all calculations are done. Then tap on cached data and confirm. Don't worry, nothing will be lost. If it doesn't work you could try to wipe the cache partition.
