Why can't I pair my LG Tone HBS-900 Stereo Headset to my PC?

Can not pair my LG Tone HBS-900 Stereo Headset to my PC

I am unable to get my PC (windows 7 64 home) to see, pair, or sync with my LG TONE HSB-900 HEADPHONE. i have tried downloading the tone and talk program, but it does not see my headphones. Can anyone offer any suggestions.

One thing I can suggest is to make sure your PC's system is fully updated.
