Why can't I run the Lollipop Easter Egg on my Huawei Y6 (Huawei SCL-L01)?

I cant run the Lollipop Easter Egg on my Huawei Y6 (Huawei SCL-L01)

On my Huawei Y6, if i tap several times on android version and then i hold on the lollipop, what happens is that something will blink and it will return back to the settings > about phone. How i can run it?

there is no guest mode in huawei y6. also there is no lock screen on screen notifications. why??? have i ruined my money????
