Why can't I send or receive photos on my Galaxy S4 mini?

I cant send or receive photos on my Galaxy S4 mini

I'm an OAP and this technology foxes me. I've looked everywhere on my phone but can't find any settings for this problem. Can anyone enlighten me please. Don't use big words or jargon as I don't understand it. Keep it simple please.

You'll need to apply the MMS settings on the phone. Quickest way to achieve this to contact your network provider and they will send you a text message that will apply the relevant settings to your phone 'automatically'.

Also, you can send and receive photos as attachments in emails....cheaper than MMS.

And regarding your comment, one of the reasons that these forums exist is that we are all, to some degree or other, foxed by the technology!

One suggestion...Make sure that the person you are sending your emails (with attachments) is on your "contacts" list.
I was having the same problem. I could receive attachments but I couldn't send them. I added the receiver to my contacts and. "voila", problem solved.
