Why can't I send pictures to most of my whatsapp contacts?

I'm having problems sending picture to most of my contacts on Whatsapp. I add the file and when I press send it never goes through. I also can receive photos from the same ones I'm not able to send. But its weird that I have this problems with just some of the contacts, not with all of them. Why I just can send pics to just some of them? I have a Windows phone. Is it maybe because my phone is to old?

Honestly, the state of windows phones these days I wouldn't be surprised that you are getting errors of that nature.
