why can't i sign on my new google account?

so i format my phone and i forget my old google account so i creat new one now when i'm trying to sign in he is telling me to wait 24h and that my password is performed and i'm waiting but it stiil the same please help i need my phone

How did you perform the reset? If it wasn't done correctly you may end up blocked by factory reset protection, requiring the old account info (which you don't have).

If you did reset it correctly and your account is less than 24 hours old, you may need to wait.
