Why can't I take a screenshot?

Messenger and screenshot problems

On my new Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 , I cannot take a sscreenshot.
I press on the home and power button, but it just takes me to my home page.

And as for messenger, when I want to make or listen to a voice clip it just turns the screen around, and when I want to take a picture, it does nothing.

I cannot find any information in settings

Please help

Try wiping the Cache Partition:
