why cant my phone access camera even after factory data reset?

at first, whenever i could touch the camera icon, a comment that ''can't access camera appeared''. and after i did the factory data reset. When the phone booted, the words ''AT command is Msent'' immediately appeared for some few seconds and afterwards the camera icon disappeared from my phone.
later i realized that even the head light was no longer working.
When i install camera utilizing applications it says that "camera not found"

First of all, if your phone has a front-facing camera, try utilising that. If still nothing, get it repaired or fix it yourself (Just google "[Your phone name here] camera replacement" and hit up a guide online.
