Why can't my phone play or record videos?

[Android Central Question]

I have an LG phone and over the past 2 days I suddenly can't watch videos from apps like Snapchat or on Google chrome nor can I record any videos on my phone anymore. I tried downloading a different browser to try it but that didn't work. Looked up a few ways but they mentioned uninstalling Google plus which isn't even installed to begin with. I'm certain I didn't download any new apps or go on any websites that try to download stuff on it's own and even if my phone asks me if I want to download it or not so I can say no to it. Anyone got an idea of what it can be?
