Why can't my phone seem to flash?

[AC Question]

Phone does not flash

My galaxy s4 mini GT-I9190 stuck on odin mode and showing thhe following information

Current system: custom
System status: Official
Knox kernel lock: 0x0
Knox warranty void: ox1
CSB-CONFIG-LSB: 0x30
Bootloader AP SWREV: 2
Write protection: Enabled

When flash on odin it gets stuck
