Why can't my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 gt-n8010 access wifi?

samsung galaxy note 10.1 gt-n8010 cannot access wifi

Wifi just stopped working. Cannot reconnect. Wifi shuts of when I try to turn it on.

Does the WiFi on the device turn off, or do you mean the WiFi connection disconnects? I'm thinking the connection disconnects, so if it does, try resetting the WiFi router (unplug it for a few minutes then plug it back in). When the router reboots try connecting and see if the connection holds.
