why did the Nougat update cause the screen mirroring app to disappear on my Galaxy 7 edge?

before update it was quite easy to connect to any compatible Samsung tv called Verizon they were clueless

Smart View? Mine's still there.

If you open the notification shade where the quick settings are swipe to the left and smart view should be there to mirror.
