why didn't my phone change to daylight saving time?

Last night, the nation changed to daylight savings time, but my HTC One X phone didn't change. Is there a setting to make it change automatically, like my Nexus 5 or my laptop?

I have 'Automatic date & time, Use network-provided time' and 'Automatic time zone, Use network-proved time zone'.

All phones are on the network via wifi, so I'm suspecting that by 'network' the options mean via 'cell modem' or something....the HTC One X doesn't have a SIM (of course, my laptop doesn't have one either).

Try disabling the option, (Automatic date & time, Use network-provided time' and 'Automatic time zone, Use network-proved time zone).

Reboot phone, then go back into setting and re-enable this option, reboot once more and see if that helps!

Alternatively...

Put phone in airplane mode, reboot...turn airplane mode off, reboot and see if that helps.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried both of them but nothing changes.

Sorry, no other suggestions, other than the dreaded full factory reset, which usually solves these issues.
