Why do Emjois pop up when i call another glaxay s8+?

Whenever I call my father-in-law, emojis pop up under my name on the call screen. How do i get rid of this? Im afraid its happening everytime I call a samsung.

It's some enhanced contact feature. You can send them to the person you're talking to. Weird huh?

Mod Note: Thread moved for better visibility. Welcome to Android Central. I also have an S8+ and don't see that when calling another Samsung user. Have you installed a third party phone or contact app maybe?

They are stickers that you can send to other S8 users if you and they both have Profile Sharing turned on in the Contacts app.
