Why do I have a slow fule transfer rate in Nexus 6p?

Slow fule transfer rate in nexus 6p

Got my nexus 6p last night. I am trying to copy my whatsapp folder from laptop to nexus but it fails after 5 hours of waiting and message popup "Your device has either stopped or has been disconnected"

Also don't use a USB hub - most of them can't sustain long file transfers.

And don't do 5 hour USB transfers. Copy a few files at a time.
