Why do I have Lollipop sitting on my notifications screen asking me to install?

I have lollipop sitting on my notifications screen asking me to install.

I don't want to install it, how can I remove it from Galaxy 4 without accidentally setting it off?

If it has downloaded but not installed, a Cache Partition wipe may clear it.
