Home Screen Wallpaper gets removed after certain app updates

I have noticed for about a month or so, when some apps update automatically (most recent was facebook this morning) my home screen wallpaper picture gets removed and the plain green backround is there.

I then have to go back into wallpaper to reset it. I am using a Samsung Galaxy5.

Anyone tell me what is going on?

Just wanted to chime in and say this happened to me too. Just a few minutes ago. It was also Facebook. Cleared cache and all that good stuff and still it's not working. Just finally got my phone to a comfortable use level after my factory reset a month ago and don't want to have to do another one.

Re: Home Screen Wallpaper gets removed after certain app updates

I have been having this same issue for about a month or two. Always seems to be Facebook. Whenever it updates it removes my wallpaper on my phone back to the factory setting and I have to go back and change it again. I have a Galaxy S5. Also, sometimes when FB does an update it removes the App all together from my phone and I have to go and re-install FB from the Google Play Store. So annoying!!!

Mine did this today, after Facebook updated. Is it related to the updated apps being stored on the SD card?
