Why do phone battery discharges fast then stuck on 4%?

[Android Central Question]

Hello, my phone Honor 8 discharges fast from 100% on 4% and then stuck and remains working. I recently bought new battery in service. Behaves similarly when charging. It seems like SW bug, because battery working for 20 hours, but on 4%.

What i tried do:

1) multiple callibration (discharge battery on 0% and charge)

2) factory reset

3) charger or connector works fine.

Any suggestions how to fix this?
