So today i was using my phone and it started glitching. The screen became really pale and random *** pictures keep coming up in my gallery called ' Mediacache ' I deleted all of my downloaded apps and removed my number and email from all sites and changed my email on my phone but it keeps doing it. Please help.

Mediacache is most likely a directory on your phone created by some app to temporarily save images for later use. Apps that create a cache directory should also create a file called ".nomedia" in them, which instructs the phone to ignore that directory when looking for images to add to the Gallery database. But some app developers still seem to forget this.
Are you getting any odd popup ads? Are there any apps that are installing themselves without your permission? If so, then I'd be concerned about malware.
