Why do the apps i moved to my sd card disappear every time i restart my phone?

I recently spent a lot of money and bought a 32gb sandisk micro sd card for my phone. However I immediately started having problems. The first time all the apps on my sd card disappeared and were no longer installed on my phone. I then had to re-install like 25 apps. Now, whenever i restart my phone all the apps on my sd card disappear, and take some time to show up again.
