Why does Android shows alarm that doesn't exist?

On the double scroll down menu my phone shows a 3am alarm for the next day. If I set an alarm, then it shows the correct time.

Welcome to Android Central! Then what happens if you turn off or delete the 12:00 PM alarm? Does the 3:00 AM alarm show up again?
