Why does com.system.patch always come up on the screen on my new Irulu tablet?

The com.system.patch continually fills my screen and asks Deny or Allow at bottom. I have been clicking Deny but it continues to remain on screen until it arbitrarily decides to leave. What is it all about?

Have you tried running 360 security?
