Why does google play store show insufficient storage when I download any app?

My device is Intex Aqua Y2 Pro. Whenever I click on install, it says insufficient storage then when I check storage settings, My preferred storage location and Default write disk is set to SD card and of my 7.39GB SD card, 4.89 is free! Then why does it show insufficient storage?! my Internal storage = Available: 77.39MB, Apps: 096MB and Cached Data: 1.61KB, Total space: 1.27GB. when I click on cached data, it asks to clear data, i click on ok, even then it doesn't clear the data!! what should I do??

Apps don't download to an SD card, they download to your internal storage.

Looking at what you have you probably cant dgo much else other than look at what apps can go to the sd card and move all ur pics including screenshots
