I have bought a Vernee Apollo Lite (with MediaTek MTK6797 Helio X20 cpu) with Android 6.0 Marshmellow a month ago and im very happy about it, but i have this problem that around every second hour it looses the data connection and come back after 2 minutes but still shows full connection at the icon.
I have checked with my mobile carrier and it supports the right frequenzys (or what it called).
I've also tried to turn of connection and turn on again, but it's only help that moment. It still looses connection after 2 hours again.
What can i do to fix that?

Welcome to the forums! Try turning your network connections off and then on, and see if that does anything!

I tried that. It's still looses connection again after 2 hours and then i need to do it again.

Does it still lose the data connection when you are in different homes/areas? Or is it specific to your home or the workplace?

It does where ever i am after around two hours. Even in the city. It did the same when i had my Jiayu S3+ which also used a Mediatek cpu. I don't know if that can have something to do with it?

To be honest, I am not well versed in that area (is that a processor or operating system?); but if that is a common variable between the two, then you never know - maybe that is indeed the culprit!

Hopefully another user more well versed in this area than I can be of more assistance to you! Everything else on the phone is working fine for you, though?

Yeah... Everything is very good.Cheap price, nice performance. It's only that little but very annoying problem. :)

Well, I'm glad everything else is working out well for you! Plus, it's good that it reconnects on its own again, and you do not have to do it manually. Your carrier says it supports the right bands/frequencies of your device - does it support all bands of that frequency?

Well as far i can see on my carriers homepage (and other carriers here in Denmark) they uses frequencies that the phone supports. But the phone doesn't support others. But it shouldn't do anything as long as it supports the "right one".

If your phone supports the right frequency, then yes, that should be fine. How long have you had the phone for - a month, you said? Has this been happening the whole time? My Wi-Fi on my phone will sometimes stop and then start again (despite it being fine on my laptop); but the situation resolved itself in a few days. Perhaps your phone will do the same! Data/network connections can be finicky!

This has been happend all time. But only with the 4G and 3G and not the wifi. Wifi is working perfectly.
And when i put the sim card in my Huawei P9 Lite i never have problems. Only in My Vernee Apollo Lite.

It sounds like the issue is device-specific - are you under your warranty? If so, I'd go to where you got it from and see what they can do for you.

But it's strange that it's also did it on my other Mediatek device.
I ordered it from a chinese website so it's not that easy to go back with it. :D

Ahhh yes, that's true. I would say that maybe it could be the SIM, but if it works with your P9 Lite, then yeah, that theory's out!

Yeah, i think the problems is maybe the cpu. But i tried google it and i can't find other people have that issue.
