Why does my android irulu color purple does not have bluetooth on it

My grandma just brought me and my sister an Android irulu tablet and the colors we have are pink and purple we thought he had the same tablet but just today I got a new pair of Bluetooth headset phones the ones that hang on your neck and you can call people off of and I was trying to listen to music through it but it didn't work but they worked on my sister's owns is there any way you can help me
