Why does my audio sometimes start to echo

[Android Central Question]

I have the honor 20 lite and sometimes the audio starts to echo (on every app). The only fix I have found is restarting my phone, but then it comes back. What can I do?

Yes, this happens in all apps. I think the audio is playing twice, but one of the tracks is slightly delayed, sorry if that doesn't make sense.

Hmm, ok, try this: https://www.hardreset.info/devices/huawei/huawei-honor-20-youth-edition/safe-mode/. It's not the exact Honor 20 lite model you have, but it may still be the same process.
