AC Question

In order to track battery usage I monitor the device battery meter. It captures the top eight processes but only totals out at 50% of total battery usage. What about the other 50%? I don't think this is a dumb question but if it is enlighten me please. Thank you by the way system is number 2 screen is number one

Unlike iOS a lot gets hidden within android os etc.

The one thing I'd really really like on Android is to get an accurate view on exactly what is chewing through my battery. Don't think we'll get this in O though, right now not even the likes of GSAM with more stats enabled gives anything near a proper view.

And here I thought I switched from Iphone to Android because, among other things, I could have access to so much more information and do so many more things. The very fact that I AM NOT ALLOWED BY WHOEVER (Verizon? LG?---I have an LG-V20) to identify every single process, app, or activity that is draining my battery is simply OUTRAGEOUS. So much for the ballyhooed free and open Android system. One thing is certain: SOMETHING is draining my battery at prodigious rates and I am not being allowed to accurately evaluate what that is. Why?

I personally find it easier to judge the causes of battery consumption on Android than iOS, but there you go.
