Why does my brand new s8 Bixby record button not work!!!???

I understood you held the button down asked a question and results! I got nothing. I had an s7edge so I know how to use Google to ask my cell something I thought Bixby was basically the same or better?

those parts of bixby have not been rolled out, hopefully it will soon.
