Why does my HTC constantly enter RAMdump mode?

Whenever I get my new HTC to do anything even remotely strenuous it enters RAM dump mode. I did a factory reset to solve the problem, but after installing twitter the problem came back. I've tried removing the battery among other options, but how do I fix the phone?

And now..I got that problem too..

HTC Desire 820 (model 0PFJ400 D820n). Anyone have the original stock rom for this phone??
