Why does my incognito mode randomly activate?

I'll be using my phone when at random times the icon that let's me know that incognito mode is active will appear for a second and dissappear, I'm concerned about hackers, so that's why i gotta ask, please help

Hi, what phone do you have? does this appear when you open the chrome app or just sporadically when you are using your phone?
