Why does my LG K7 android constantly keep making factory resets by itself.

Thank you B. Diddy for your answer to Why does my android constantly keep making factory resets by itself aka restart, reboot or hardset during one of my ongoing resets. I've seen several posts who are having my problem. Do you have anymore ideas? Thank you again.
By the way I forgot to state that these resets erase my SD card and everything on my internal drive except pre-insinstalle apps and they have to go thru updating process.
