Why does my Note 5 charge so slow?

note 5 charges too slow!!

yesterday i bought the note 5...it had 11% charge and when i plugged it in,just after 6 mins it showed 67% charge(which is abnormal,my note 4's fast charger didn't charge it that fast) and then the charging slowed down...then it just took 1 hr to go from 67 to 100...
today it had 21% and it shows 1hr 10 mins to full charge,after 35 mins when the charging was very slow i switched it off and then switched it on..the battery suddenlyy came upto 88% from 50..and now it shows 20 mins to full charge..
can anyone help me,what is happening.

The battery may be faulty, or perhaps the charge reporting. You could try a Factory Reset at this early stage while it's least inconvenient, or return it for replacement. To do the latter you'd have to reset anyway.
