This started about three days ago, I was sleeping since its midnight. When I woke up the phone has already restarted by itself. Not only that, one random application has been uninstalled.

Since that day, there has been three apps being uninstalled. I haven't checked on what really happened every night tho.

Sometimes phones can restart if they have done an update. Or there may have been a setting turned on that allows the phone to restart. So there are legitimate reasons for a restart. However, if this is something new and you have made no changes to your phone settings then that is more concerning.

What phone do you use and have you done any updates?

Welcome to Android Central! Are the apps that were uninstalled ones that you installed from the Play Store, or were they preinstalled? Sometimes a system update will remove a preinstalled app, perhaps due to a change in the business relationship between the phone manufacturer and the app developer, or due to the app being shut down. So as Kizzy Catwoman said, it's possible that the phone had installed a system update, which is why it seemed to restart itself.

Kizzy Catwoman, Infinix and the last time i update was about a week ago

B. Diddy, the ones that are uninstalled aren't preinstalled

mustang, i don't

Is there an option for scheduled restart in the system settings?

Are the apps that get uninstalled from the Play Store, or from somewhere else?

I've turned it off before three days ago, or even if I haven't turned it off it was set to restart on 8 pm, not 1 am.

I think all the uninstalled ones are from play store but i cant remember the first uninstalled app

i never installed an sd card. maybe about three years ago but not now

How do you know the phone restarted? Is there a notification that it restarted?

Are you certain those apps were completely uninstalled, or was it just that the app shortcuts disappeared from the homescreen? Are the apps gone from the App Drawer as well?

ok, i know it restarted because when i woke up i have to unlock my phone using password, not fingerprint.

yes, its gone. i check using play store and it says install, not play or open

Factory reset , there no other explanation , u don't have app cleaners, sd card , anti-virus , or any other application so phone pretty much stock .

Just because you had to use your password doesn't mean that it restarted. If you use fingerprint, pretty much all Android devices will still occasionally require the user to enter the backup password/PIN/pattern for extra security.

Do you have any "Smart Manager" apps on the phone, either preinstalled or 3rd party, that might be automatically uninstalling apps it thinks you don't use or need?

Sounds like OP saying a pre-installed app cleaner unless I'm misunderstanding

nope, it actually restarts, apps that i just used (whatsapp) before sleeping restarts like i just opened it when i woke up.

i dont think the "smart manager" can do things like uninstalling app automatically, and i just used the uninstalled app about 2 days ago. oh yeah the "smart manager" actually found a virus app.

Just to offer another possible explanation -- certain manufacturers design their firmware to aggressively kill apps from RAM in a misguided attempt to save battery, so that might also be why you see your apps restarting when you first use them in the morning. Chinese manufacturers are notorious for this (and Infinix is from a Chinese company).

What app did the smart manager think was malicious?
