Why does my phone keep sending SMS to 122?

I am using galaxy S4 (Adroid version 4.4.4). The phone numbers' usage reports that I send SMS to 122 everyday (4 times) when I did not do it. And I got charged for $0.25 ea text. Can you please tell me why and how do I stop it?

Welcome to Android Central! Might be due to malware. Do you see any threads for that in your Messaging app? Try installing a good security app like Malwarebytes or Lookout, and run a scan.

Thank you for your help. However, i have checked my device with both Malwarebytes and Lookout. None of them reported anything. And there is no record of SMS sending in my Messaging app. I tried to re-install my sim card and the same problem still happens. Please help me. My credit is still charged everyday for sending SMS to 122. Thank you

Try contacting your card provider and asking where the money is going....

I agree, contact your provider. And ask them to temporarily disable your texting function--that should prevent any malware from successfully sending a text.

Did some digging online, and came across a couple of links suggesting that this is directly tied to T Mobile, several of which involved T Mobile devices being used on other carriers. Check out these links:

Uninstall Visual Voicemail app, that is the culprit.
