Why does my Ringtone keep changing to Call Volume?

"Ringtone" keeps changing to "Call Volume"

I have a Samsung SG4 with Android 5.01. Since the last update about every 48 hours when I press up on the volume buttons, where it usually said "Ringtone" ... it now says "Call Volume." Restarting the phone resolves it temporarily. But it eventually reverts back. Obviously if my ringtone is all the way down, "Call Volume" will do nothing to help me turn it back up as it is a different function entirely. I have no idea what I might be doing to cause this myself, I've monitored my behavior closely before posting this.

I have the same exact issue. It happens just as you described after 5.0.1 update.

Both my wife and me have the S4 and since the update we both have the phone volumes going down so we don't know if we receive calls. We have to go into the menus to turn up the volumes. It's the same for the vibrate intensity as well.
