Why my Samsung A8 keeps restarting while am using Mobile Data, but with WiFi it works perfect?

Dear All,

i bought a new Samsung Galaxy A8, Am always using WiFi but whenever i use mobile data it keeps restarting... is there anyone who can instruct me in this matter.

Welcome to Android Central! How long on mobile data before it reboots? Does the phone get unusually hot on mobile data?

Does this happen in Safe Mode? The steps for the S5 should work for your A8. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10696
