Why does my Samsung Note 4 keeps restarting?

My note 4 seems like the battery goes from 50% to instantly dead. Have replaced battery and still the same thing. Do i need to replace phone I really don't want to..HELP!!!

Yes you will have to replace the phone,my note 4 was doing the same thing.i had it swapped out via insurance,yes I had a bad battery but the phone was still acting funky even after a new battery.replacement seems to be working fine.

A lot of us are out of warranty which I believe is the problem itself. We're out of the time frame they set, they need to make special cases for large batch issues like this and extend the warranty for defective note 4's. What will it cost them vs. The amount they will lose from people giving up on Samsung entirely?

Happens to me too and tmobile sucks. Even though I bought my phone from them the instate customer service people are worst than used car salesmen in nogales

Mine is under warrany but because I went through he'll and showed up at the store every day until they honored it. And it still took 2 weeks
