Why does my Smart 4 Turbo reboot all the time?

why does my smart 4 turbo reboot all the time

my new smart 4 turbo switches off and on randomly, sometimes when left alone and often as I start to use it. Vodafone tried a factory reset then had it a week to fix it and it's back exactly the same, anybody know anything about it?

Use power on keep finger on power home and volume up. To access recovery menu but sim out sd aswell. Look up on line hard reset your vodaone 890n
