My touch key light used to work. The option is set to ALWAYS ON. What happened?

For my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, turning on the "Power saving" (battery icon with on drop down menu) mode deactivates the navigation icon lights. Maybe this is also the cause of your problem. Best regards!
