Why does my WhatsApp video file mark 0B

[Android Central Question]

My WhatsApp video file can't be accessed and shows no content, it marks the file at 0B and also the date one the file is 12/31/69.
Already tried resetting the network settings, file manager settings and nothing works.
Help!.
