Why does my Xperia Z2's bluetooth connectivity show as connected but disconnects during the call?

xperia Z2's bluetooth connectivity

My xperia Z2's bluetooth connectivity in car is always showing connected and disconnected.because of this during call the voice keeps on switching to bluetooth audio and handset.This began after the upadate,do we have a solution friends?
