Why does ringtone, notification and touch feedback/system volume turn down on its own

About a week and a half ago I purchased the new lg Stylo 4 from MetroPCS, At any given day well mostly everyday the ringtone, notification and touch feedback/system volume turns itself down when I switch my phone from silent or vibration to sound mode. Please help me, I really love this phone. I've already done a factory reset(which didn't work at all, don't even know why that's still the only option).
I've looked through and changed possible sound settings but nothing worked. I highly doubt there will be any software update to fix this issue.

So, are you saying that your volume defaults to a low setting when exiting silent mode? Could be how the software is. Go to the store and see if the display unit does it.
