Why does the volume on my Galaxy J3 Luna Pro go down without being touched?

I've been having this problem pretty much since I got the phone. I watch YouTube or listen to music and all of a sudden it's muted, even if its just sitting out of the case on the table not being touched or held. I've tried several different ways to fix it. Any advice or anyone else having this issue?
