Why doesn't Gps run properly for Pokèmom Go?

So i have lenovo phone. While playing Pokèmon Go, i see pokestops and Everything, but sometimes when i walk my character stucks and after few minutes it runs to my direction and i get 'You're going to fast' message. Also when i'm standing right at pokestop my character is a little far away, so i can't use lure module(same with gyms). So how can i improve Gps signal? Thanks)

First of all you shoult try your GPS outdoors where your phone can detect the signals better and after this you can try to catch them.
