Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 model SM-P900 doesn't boot up

I didn't use my Tab for a period of time. As I try to recharge it the screen remains black except for the green icon which shows 99% charge
I can't open it at all .... the screen remains black
However in my Mac I am able to see it online
I think there must be some software problem there which stops my machine from booting
Any hints anyone?
Thanks

Re: Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 model SM-P900 doesn't boot up

maybe need to clear the cache.
Try holding all three at the same time until you get the android robot on the screen.
POWER + UP VOLUME + HOME

Once it goes to a menu, go to the clear cache option and press the power button.

Hope that works.

If your tablet is actually holding a WiFi connection, then that means that it is on, but won't wake up. The only issue I see is that the green Charging Icon that you mentioned doesn't typically appear when the unit is on and charging. The first thing I would try is to hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, which should power down the unit, if it is on, then try to power it back on like normal.

On the other hand, are you sure the unit is on-line? My linksys router registers any component that attaches to the network and, even when not connected, displays all the units that have attached before. So make sure that you are actually seeing your device on-line and not just an image of the registered devices.
