hi...my LG G3 Stylus does not work gps on gps-only mode.do you know why?

on gps+data can fined my location,but on gps-only mode it cannot
i used gps status app and cannot fine any information on every gps modes.
i confused...

Have you tried rebooting the phone?
Have you tried it in Safe Mode?
